Practicing yoga for 20 years, Nel Norwesh offers food for fuel recipes that your children will enjoy making and eating. While training as a competition cyclist, Nel studied vegetarian home meals to keep her energy up and maintain a healthy body. Her passion for wholesome dining and cooking come out in every creative dish that she cleverly writes with zest and playfulness.

Nel holds a B.A. in English Literature and is a voracious reader. Funneling her reading finds in nutrition and wellness into her food adventures, Nel wishes you Bon Appetit!
